The two grape varieties do not rest on the same geology: the Chardonnay grows on Portlandian soil, the Pinot Blanc on Kimmeridgian limestone.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in vats, without added sulfur, fining, or filtration. After approximately three years on lees, the cuvée is disgorged with zero dosage. Présence combines pear, white flowers, citrus, and a very firm chalky structure.
