Ready, Set, Taste!…

The family estate dates back to 1920, and since Élise took over her plots in 2016, the idea seems to be to bring them back to nature's own cycle. Certified organic since 2022, but with biodynamic practices since 2021, this dynamic and passionate young woman has created a new universe—particularly around the experience of being a woman in the world of wine.

With the organization L'Association les Pétillantes du vin (2011), she has passed on and shared her own experiences with other women passionate about wine, out of love for nature and our environment, with the goal of creating a synergy, as she says, between people and wine.

It is this spirit that she imparts to her wine, and which seems to have been passed down from her mother—from clay, sandy, or limestone soil, filled with emotion, expression, and vibration.

More than anyone, Élise crafts wines in harmony with the terroir from which they come, whether it is a fruity Pinot from the small village of Les Mesneux southwest of Reims or a mineral, single-plot Chardonnay from Le Mesnil in the Côte des Blancs—it must be said, in a way that is feminine, visionary, and artistically distinct for these two terroirs!

Since 2014, she has also been an entrepreneur under the name "Les bouchons d'Élise"—once again a space where she energetically guides others into the wonderful world of wine, a world of movement and resonance! Her reputation is great, her wines are rare and highly sought after.
