Collection: Blanc de Blancs Champagnes

"Blanc de Blancs" literally means white wine from white grapes, that is to say, a clear sparkling wine made exclusively from white grapes. It can thus be produced from 5 of the 7 grape varieties authorized in Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier, and Arbane. All houses, from the largest to the most modest, craft such a cuvée to showcase their expertise in this category, traditionally associated with refinement and chalky finesse—wines of the Côte des Blancs par excellence, expressing notes of white fruit on the nose and palate.
