Les Vignes de Montgueux is the Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs that encapsulates Emmanuel Lassaigne's style. The cuvée blends seven to nine plots of Montgueux chardonnay from three consecutive years, designed to express the hill rather than a single vintage.

Freshness, minerality, and citrus are at the forefront, with enough substance to make the wine a natural pairing for food. It is the most direct cuvée for understanding Montgueux: an isolated chalk butte, chardonnay, and a winemaking approach that seeks purity over effect.
