From Copenhagen to Cannes

After 22 years at the helm of our French bistro in Copenhagen, we have chosen to turn a new page.

Longtime lovers of each other, France, and Champagne, we fell under the spell of Cannes — and the idea for BULLERIE was born.

A place imagined for living with bubbles, sharing our passion, and introducing the grower Champagnes that we want to open and share with you!
