Piollot Cuvée de Réserve, Magnum

Cuvée de Réserve in magnum uses the same blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, with 50% reserve wines. Vinification takes place in enameled vats, and malolactic fermentation is carried out.

The dosage remains around 5.5 g/l. The large format does not change the style of the wine, but slows its evolution: the fruit, texture, and notes of fresh bread meld more slowly, with more potential for aging. A particularly interesting version for the table or for allowing the wine to gain even more complexity.
