Piollot Cuvée de Réserve

Cuvée de Réserve blends 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from Polisot, in the Côte des Bar. Half of the blend comes from reserve wines, which adds depth without masking the freshness of the fruit.

Vinification takes place in enamelled tanks with malolactic fermentation. The cuvée spends about 2 years aging on lees in the bottle before disgorgement and receives a dosage of 5.5 g/l. Mirabelle plum, pear, citrus, and bread crust make up a champagne that is round yet vibrant, generous enough for the table and fresh enough for an aperitif.
