The 2017 vintage is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs that isolates a single harvest from Montgueux. The Jacques Lassaigne Millésime series is crafted from two or three plots chosen to express the character of a specific year without the support of other harvests.

The 2017 is partially vinified in wood, with completed malolactic fermentation, and then aged for a long period in the bottle before a late disgorgement. Zero dosage: Brut Nature, 0 g/l. Dried fruits, candied citrus, sweet almond, and brioche accompany a precise, chalky, and gastronomic palate.
