Oudiette x Filles Uniterre 2022

UniTerre 2022 is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs sourced from two plots in Beaunay. The concept behind this cuvée is to bring together two expressions of the same terroir rather than smoothing out their differences.

Vinification takes place in French oak barrels, the malolactic fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is unfiltered. After approximately 29 months of aging, UniTerre 2022 is disgorged with no dosage, as a Brut Nature. Brioche, hazelnut, chalk, and freshness result in an ample yet very clean Chardonnay, one that is more contemplative than ostentatious.
