Pascal Doquet Horizon, Blanc de Blancs

Horizon is Pascal Doquet’s Blanc de Blancs, sourced from the chalky terroirs of the Vitry-le-François and Perthois sectors. 100% Chardonnay, this cuvée is based on a perpetual reserve begun in 2012, which brings continuity and depth to a base that is intentionally linear and accessible.

Fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts, primarily in enameled steel tanks, and the wine is then aged on lees in the bottle for several years. The dosage varies slightly by edition but remains within the Extra Brut range. More open and generous than the more austere crus of the Côte des Blancs, Horizon retains the precision and tension that are the hallmarks of Doquet.
