Agrapart Avizoise, Grand Cru 2020

Avizoise shows the most generous side of Agrapart. This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, always a vintage wine, comes from two plots in Avize—Robarts and Gros Yeux—where a deeper layer of clay precedes the chalk. The result is naturally denser and fuller than Minéral.

Bottling is carried out under cork and staple. The wine is disgorged about two months before sale and the dosage is limited to 3 g/l. Rich without being heavy, gastronomic without losing tension: Avizoise is proof that chalk can also speak with volume.
