Collection: Agrapart

At Agrapart, everything starts with Avize and its chalk. The estate, run by Pascal and now by his son Ambroise, cultivates a dozen hectares using organic farming, primarily with Chardonnay, on the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs. Nothing is fined, nothing is filtered, the yeasts are indigenous, and the dosage always remains measured, often close to zero. From 7 Crus, a generous multi-village cuvée, to the single-parcel Minéral, Avizoise, or Vénus—the latter worked by horse and with zero dosage—each cuvée reads a different fragment of the same chalk. A pioneering estate for terroir in Champagne, driven by a simple conviction: the soil commands.
