Agrapart Vénus, Grand Cru 2020

Vénus is Agrapart’s signature plot-based cuvée. This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, always vintage-dated, comes from a single 60-are plot in Avize: Fosse aux Pourceaux. The vines are cultivated without heavy mechanical equipment, exclusively by man and horse—Vénus, who gave the cuvée its name.

Bottled under cork with a metal staple, it is disgorged approximately two months before sale and receives zero dosage. Nothing to soften, nothing to mask. A Brut Nature that lets the Chardonnay, the chalk, and the plot speak without a filter.
