Le Cotet is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs from a single parcel of the same name in Montgueux. The Chardonnay vines, over fifty years old, push their roots deep into the chalk on the easternmost part of the hillside.

The style is clean and direct: highly pronounced minerality, incisive freshness, and a lemony finish. Where Les Vignes de Montgueux blends several sites, Le Cotet narrows the focus to a single parcel. A precise champagne, made for oysters, shellfish, and anything that lets the chalk speak.
