Collection: Moët & Chandon
Whether the label says Moët & Chandon or Dom Pérignon, the story begins in the same place: the Abbey of Hautvillers, where the monk and cellarer Dom Pierre Pérignon officiated in the 17th century, and which the Moët family purchased in 1794. It was there that the first vintage of the house's prestige cuvée was born in 1921—crafted ever since in the historic chalk cellars of Épernay. Always vintage-dated and never blended across multiple years, Dom Pérignon combines equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with eight to ten years of cellar aging before each release. This selection brings together some fifteen years, from 1996 to 2017: as many interpretations of the same gesture, that of the long term.
