Benoît Marguet Verzy, Grand Cru 2021

Verzy 2021 is a 100% Pinot Noir village cuvée from the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. The grapes are grown by Alban Corbeaux, a biodynamic partner of Benoît Marguet. The cooler climate of Verzy gives the Pinot Noir a more slender and elegant profile than the sun-drenched register of Ambonnay.

Aged in barrels, with very low sulfur, malolactic fermentation, and zero dosage, the cuvée remains faithful to the Marguet tension. A fresh, racy, and precise Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs — Pinot Noir from the north side.
