Delamotte Blanc de Blancs

Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit and that chalky sensation that defines the House style.

Reserve wines complete the blend, and the cuvée spends four to five years on lees before disgorgement, well beyond the legal minimum. Notes of flowers, citrus, ginger, biscuit, and bread crust emerge with aeration. A mineral, ethereal, and precise Blanc de Blancs, built more on chalk and time than on power.
