Drappier Brut Nature

Brut Nature is the most stripped-back expression of Pinot Noir at Drappier: 100% Pinot Noir, no dosage, and only the wine's natural residual sugar. Sulfur is used at extremely low levels to allow the fruit and the Urville terroir to express themselves without makeup.

The nose retains ripe, crisp fruit; the palate remains straight, pure, fine, and fresh. The absence of dosage does not make the wine austere: it is precisely the maturity of the Pinot Noir that provides the roundness. A dry, tactile champagne that is unmistakably Drappier.
