Drappier Brut Nature Zero Dosage

Brut Nature Sans Soufre is the culmination of Drappier's work on sulfites: no sulfur is added at any point during winemaking. The cuvée is 100% Pinot Noir and receives no dosage.

Despite this radical approach, the wine is not thin. The ripeness of the grapes and the time spent in the cellar provide roundness, with notes of apple, Williams pear, and citrus. A pioneering cuvée, created with this philosophy in 2007, where purity comes from the fruit rather than from correction.
