Drappier Carte d'Or

Carte d’Or is Drappier’s signature cuvée in Urville. Pinot Noir makes up at least 80% of the blend, giving the wine its structure, body, and those red fruit notes that define the house. Chardonnay and Meunier round out the blend to add freshness and suppleness.

The winemaking process remains intentionally gentle, with very moderate use of sulfur and long maturation in the cellar. The dosage is measured, around 6 g/l depending on the edition. An ample, fruity, and clean Brut that perfectly encapsulates the identity of the Côte des Bar at Drappier.
