Drappier Quattuor, Blanc de Quatre Blancs

Quattuor brings together equal parts of four white grape varieties: Arbane, Petit Meslier, Blanc Vrai, and Chardonnay. The first three belong to Champagne’s almost forgotten heritage; the Chardonnay provides a more classic, persistent profile.

Each variety makes up 25% of the blend. The result is mineral, precise, and highly aromatic, with notes of fresh grapes, citrus, white flowers, and honeyed apple. This is a cuvée that does not seek exoticism for its own sake: it simply recounts another memory of Champagne.
