Famille Moussé Les Vignes de mon Village 2014-2024

Les Vignes de mon Village is the cuvée most deeply rooted in Cuisles for Cédric Moussé: 100% Meunier grown on green illite and clay soils resting on limestone marl. Each edition combines equal parts of the most recent vintage and a perpetual reserve maintained since 2014.

Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation is completed, and the wine then spends approximately 20 months on the lees. The second fermentation occurs under cork—tiré-bouché—and the cuvée is marketed as zero dosage. The result is taut, mineral, and overtly gastronomic: here, Meunier is not a supporting act.
