Notes Blanches 2018 showcases a rare grape variety in Champagne: 100% Pinot Blanc from old biodynamic plots in Courteron. Fermentation takes place in wood using the estate's own yeasts, followed by full malolactic fermentation.

The cuvée then continues its aging process for approximately five and a half years on laths, under cork, to encourage slow micro-oxygenation. Zero dosage upon disgorgement.
