Franck Pascal Quinte-Essence 2014

Quinte-Essence 2014 is a vintage blend by Franck Pascal composed of 75% Meunier, 14% Pinot Noir, and 11% Chardonnay. The Meunier provides depth and body, while the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay tighten the structure and tension.

After bottling, the wine remains on lees for over 9 years before being disgorged in March 2024. The dosage is 2 g/l, making it an Extra Brut. Ripe fruits, candied citrus, spices, and developed notes of autolysis create a broad, gastronomic cuvée, yet the finish retains enough freshness and salinity to avoid any heaviness.
