Georges Laval Garennes

Garennes is the blended cuvée from Georges Laval. It brings together Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay from Chambrecy, Damery, Cumières, and Hautvillers, using wines spanning from 2013 to 2023.

The wines are aged in oak barrels ranging from 1 to 20 years old. A very light dosage of 1 g/l of organic grape sugar is added to perfect the balance, resulting in an Extra Brut. The substance, structure, and freshness merge into a cuvée that is more accessible than the estate's great single-vineyard wines, yet without losing the Laval signature: texture, salinity, and energy.
