4 Éléments Meunier La Grosse Pierre 2019 is a single-plot cuvée made from 100% Meunier sourced from the La Grosse Pierre lieu-dit in Ludes. The old vines, over 55 years of age, grow on chalk covered by a very thin layer of clay.

Following spontaneous fermentation, the wine spends approximately 18 months in 600-liter demi-muids without malolactic fermentation, then undergoes a long aging process under natural cork. The dosage is very low, at around 1.2 g/l. Notes of apple, Mirabelle plum, citrus, red berries, stone, and spices result in a dense, precise, and surprisingly vertical Meunier.
