Huré Frères Mémoire

Mémoire is the cuvée that literally preserves the history of Huré Frères. Its perpetual reserve was started in 1982 and today brings together over thirty harvests. The recent blend consists of approximately 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay.

The solera spends time in large oak vats before the secondary fermentation, and the cuvée is then dosed at around 2 g/l as an Extra Brut. Hazelnut, ripe yellow fruits, toasted bread, spices, and citrus notes create a dense yet remarkably fresh wine. Mémoire does not seek to reproduce a vintage: it assembles the estate across time.
