Larmandier-Bernier Longitude

Longitude Premier Cru Extra-Brut is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs sourced from Vertus, Oger, Avize, and Cramant—four villages aligned almost perfectly along the same meridian of the Côte des Blancs. Where Latitude seeks roundness, Longitude emphasizes length, precision, and chalkiness.

The non-vintage cuvée contains 40% reserve wines from a perpetual reserve started in 2004. Natural alcoholic and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in Stockinger barrels and casks; the first year is spent on lees with no filtration or fining, followed by at least two years of bottle aging. Dosage: 2 g/l. A taut, crystalline, and saline Blanc de Blancs.
