Leclerc-Briant Cuvée Abyss Rosé 2019

Abyss Rosé 2019 in magnum features a blend of 92% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine. After its Champagne aging process, the cuvée is submerged for eleven months off the coast of Brittany, continuing beneath the Atlantic the work begun in the cellar.

Dosaged at 3.65 g/l as an Extra Brut, the wine combines the sunny maturity of 2019, a creamy texture, and a distinct salinity. The magnum adds an even slower evolution to this already singular experience: a large format designed as much for cellaring as for the table.
