Olivier Horiot Sève Rosé de Saignée "En Barmont" 2017

Sève Rosé de Saignée En Barmont 2017 is a macerated rosé champagne, 100% Pinot Noir from the "En Barmont" vineyard site in Les Riceys. The clusters macerate for a few days before pressing, giving the wine its deep color, its structure, and a dimension that is more vinous than a classic blended rosé.

The cuvée is aged in barrels and then disgorged without dosage, as a Brut Nature. The 2017 vintage combines red fruits, chalky tension, and very fine tannins. A rosé for the dinner table before it is a rosé for the terrace.
