Benoît Lahaye Blanc de Noirs

Benoît Lahaye's Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru is a 100% Pinot Noir from the Vaux Bétins and Raies Tortues parcels in Bouzy, blended with a portion of reserve wine. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, and the wine is aged on lees in barrels for approximately ten months before the secondary fermentation.

A light dosage complements the cuvée without masking its dry character. The result is dense, ripe, and energetic: a Bouzy Pinot Noir that keeps the fruit at the forefront, with chalk and oak providing support.
