Collection: Benoît Lahaye

In Bouzy, Benoît Lahaye began converting to organic farming in 1996, followed by biodynamics, with certification in 2010—going as far as using a draft horse in the vineyards. His conviction: wine is made in the vineyard, not in the cellar, leading to a philosophy of committed non-intervention across his plots in Bouzy, Ambonnay, Tauxières, and Voipreux. The Brut Nature, with zero dosage, encapsulates the house spirit; Violaine, made with no additives or sulfur, takes it even further. In Voipreux, a tiny plot of Chardonnay planted by his grandfather in 1952 offers a rare departure in an estate deeply rooted in Pinot Noir. Ripe, dense, and always vibrant with acidity: the Lahaye signature.
