Benoît Lahaye 2015 Vintage

Benoît Lahaye's 2015 vintage is a blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. The hot, dry vintage resulted in a generous, ripe substance, perfectly suited to the estate's vinous style.

The base wine spends approximately ten months in barrels before the secondary fermentation, after which the cuvée remains on its lees for four years before disgorgement. A dosage of about 4 g/l ties together the fruit's ripeness, tension, and aging potential. An ample and spicy Bouzy, without losing the vibration characteristic of Lahaye.
