Violaine 2021 is named after Benoît Lahaye’s daughter and takes his philosophy of non-intervention to the extreme. The cuvée is an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Les Argentières parcel in Tauxières and Les Monts des Tours in Bouzy.
After approximately 10 months in barrels, the wine is bottled without additives or sulfur. The 2021 vintage, warm but managed with low yields, gives Violaine both power and finesse. Disgorged in April 2026. A confidential production of approximately 2,500 bottles, and a very personal interpretation of Champagne Brut Nature.
