Brice Allouchery Pinot Noir, Premier Cru

Pinots Noirs is Brice Allouchery’s Blanc de Noirs, 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Premier Crus of Écueil and Sacy, in the Petite Montagne de Reims. The estate works with sandy and sandy-limestone soils, practicing attentive viticulture without herbicides, guided by observation rather than by a certification pursued at any cost.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, with aging shared between barrels and stainless steel vats, followed by time on the lees. The wine is unfiltered and the dosage remains very low depending on the edition. It is a vinous Pinot Noir but without heaviness, carried by freshness and very clean fruit.
