Collection: Brice Allouchery

Brice Allouchery cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on the sandy and sandy-limestone soils of Écueil and Sacy, two Premiers Crus of the Petite Montagne de Reims that are too often overlooked. Viticulture is practiced without herbicides, guided by observation rather than an explicit certification, and vinification begins with indigenous yeasts.

In the cellar, aging is split between barrels and stainless steel vats; the wines are not filtered and the dosage always remains very low. From the historic Les Lavats plot, planted in 1981, to the plot-based blends, the Allouchery style can be summed up in a few words: clean fruit, freshness, and never any heaviness.
