Domaine de la Bichery La Source 2022

La Source is the cuvée that marks the beginning of Domaine de la Bichery in Neuville-sur-Seine, in the Côte des Bar. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a single harvest are crafted here without trying to complicate the message: the grape, the place, and then time.

The aging process is split between barrels and stainless steel vats. The estate advocates for an organic, direct, and low-intervention approach, true to its motto: “no fuss, just natural.” La Source lives up to its name—an introduction to the world of Raphaël and Hannah that speaks first and foremost of terroir.
