Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé

Cuvée Rosé has been one of Laurent-Perrier's signatures since 1968. It is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from ten crus in the Montagne de Reims and relies on a rare expertise in Champagne: maceration rather than the addition of red wine.

The grapes are sorted, destemmed, and then macerated for between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the harvest. After vinification, the cuvée spends five years in the cellar. Raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, and black cherry dominate a rosé that is both intense and remarkably fresh. A historic cuvée, yet still very modern in its approach to Pinot Noir.
