Collection: Laurent-Perrier

Laurent-Perrier, in Tours-sur-Marne, still bears the mark of Bernard Nonancourt, who led the house from the post-war period until 2010 and championed many unique initiatives there: thermoregulated stainless steel vats as early as the 1960s, the zero-dosage Ultra Brut, and above all the 1968 Cuvée Rosé—a pure macerated Pinot Noir, without a drop of added red wine. The house cultivates a fresh and rather reductive style, driven by Chardonnay and malolactic fermentation. Grand Siècle takes this idea further by blending several exceptional vintages rather than a single year. At Laurent-Perrier, freshness is never an afterthought: it is the backbone of the house.
