Mathieu Faniel Les Grains d'Argent, Blanc de Blancs 2022

Les Grains d'Argent 2022 is Mathieu Faniel's parcel-based Blanc de Blancs: 100% Chardonnay from the "Les Grains d'Argent" vineyard site in Cormoyeux, in the Marne Valley. The cuvée belongs to the 2022 series, where Faniel isolates sites and grape varieties to better showcase the personality of each.

The wine is aged in oak barrels and presented as a Brut Nature, with no dosage. The Chardonnay gains texture thanks to the wood while retaining the freshness of the Cormoyeux terroir. A less expected interpretation of the Marne Valley, where Chardonnay takes the lead role.
