Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 is a vintage of precision. With age, the wine reveals white fruits, dried flowers, almond, powdered cocoa, and the roasted notes that emerge when time truly begins to work on a great champagne.

On the palate, 2004 plays on a very Dom Pérignon contrast: density and lightness, depth and movement. The texture is chiseled, almost dark in its aromatic range, then the finish returns to spices and a sap-like sensation. A refined vintage, less demonstrative than some of its neighbors, but perhaps more precise for it.
