Dom Pérignon 2006

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 was born from a year that was generally hot and dry, marked by intense heat in July, a cooler and wetter month of August, and then an almost summery September. The long harvest period allowed for achieving a very polished ripeness.

The nose is soft and luminous, floral and fruity, then evolves towards candied notes, ripe grain, toasted aromas, and licorice. The palate is silky, ample, and persistent. 2006 is a generous Dom Pérignon, yet the texture remains precise enough to avoid any heaviness. A vintage that speaks of maturity with far more finesse than force.
