Dom Pérignon 2017

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 was born from a complicated year: historic heat, spring frosts, a hot and dry summer, followed by end-of-August rains with high disease pressure. Sorting was decisive and volumes are particularly low. What remains is a highly concentrated reading of the vintage.

After nearly nine years of transformation, the wine combines creamy richness with mineral tension. The nose blends petrichor, jasmine, and vegetal notes; the palate is ample and exotic, traversed by bitterness and acidity that keep the whole in motion. The finish returns to citrus, toasted notes, and minerality. A Dom Pérignon that is more wild than polished—and all the more exciting for it.
