Pierre Gerbais Beauregard

Beauregard is a single-plot rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir from Celles-sur-Ource. Its color comes from skin maceration—a true "rosé de saignée"—rather than simply adding red wine to a white blend.

The cuvée is based on a perpetual reserve started in 2011 and undergoes long bottle aging, around 36 months depending on the release. An Extra Brut with low dosage, Beauregard retains the fleshiness of the Pinot Noir but tightens it with mineral freshness. Red fruits, spices, and a dry finish: a gastronomic rosé, not a decorative one.
