Pierre Gerbais Les Grandes Côtes

Les Grandes Côtes is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from the Les Grandes Côtes vineyard site in Celles-sur-Ource. The terroir blends Portlandian and Kimmeridgian influences, giving the Pinot Noir breadth, spice, and a very clear mineral structure.

The perpetual reserve was launched in 2011. The grapes are pressed directly, fermented with indigenous yeasts in vats, and then undergo malolactic fermentation. Approximately 10 months on lees, 36 months on slats, without fining or filtration. Extra Brut. Here, the Pinot Noir provides depth without ever overpowering the freshness.
