Veuve Clicquot Rosé 2015

Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosé Brut 2015, offered here in a gift box, blends 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Meunier. To this blend, 13% red Pinot Noir wine from Bouzy Grand Cru is added, giving the rosé its structure and depth.

Approximately 10% of the wines are aged in large oak vats and the dosage is 8 g/l. The vintage combines jasmine, orange blossom, yuzu, mandarin, apricot, blueberry, dried dates, saffron, and brioche. A vintage rosé that is more gastronomic than simply fruity, with true energy on the palate.
